Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation of Companies and LLP, strike-off, preparation of directors/shareholders' resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters
  • Update and maintain clients' company statutory registers and records
  • Perform KYC and Due Diligence for clients
  • Maintain corporate records to serve as a point of reference for compliance issues
  • Preparation of Annual General Meeting documents and Filling of annual returns
  • Issue invoices for renewals and client services
  • Remind clients of filing deadlines
  • Perform other corporate or business-related requests as required
  • Managing team and delegating tasks accordingly

Job Requirement

  • Experienced senior level Corporate Secretary to service our portfolio of corporate clients
  • Must have a good communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in speaking mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients would be an advantage
  • Preferred Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • At least 3 years of Corporate Secreterial experience
