Responsibilities:

  • Manage and leading derivatives operations team
  • Handle people management & provide supervisory advice to the team
  • Ensure settlement processes are in compliance with business & local regulatory requirements
  • Proactively engaging and interfacing across Businesses, Finance, and other relevant functional departments to leverage information and streamline processes to drive performance
  • Handle internal & external audit matters
  • Involve in projects which are related to operational functions

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance or Business-related discipline
  • Strong working knowledge in Futures, Options & FX products
  • Preferably 10 years of working experience in Securities or Brokerage industry
  • Candidates with 5-8 experience in leading team is required
  • Able to work independently and in a fast paced and challenging environment
