They are seeking a Junior Finance Executive to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Location: Alexandra (Office shifting to Bukit Gombak in Jan 2025)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective and efficient financial services to support clients' business objectives and operations
  • Validate accuracy of payments by ensuring that all supporting documents are in order
  • Conduct sampling of transactions to ensure payments are in order
  • Ensure timely posting of transactions in accordance with documented processes
  • Ensure that transactional accounting postings to general ledgers are accurate for the purpose of charging to the correct expense accounts
  • Review and provide data and information for periodic management reporting and to provide support for external Financial Audit Management
  • Assess and propose changes to the processes, procedures and systems to achieve high level of efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in system designs and conduct user acceptance test to ensure that accounting system design meets the operational requirements
  • Work closely with IT & relevant parties to resolve payment related issues and ensure payment timeliness

Requirements:

  • Min. NITEC in Accountancy / Accounting / Banking & Finance or related fields
  • Min. 1 year experience as an Accounts Officer
  • Team player, meticulous, independent and analytical
