**Job Qualifications**:

- Required language(s): English
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Required Skill(s): highly adaptable to new environments, teamwork, multitasking, critical thinking, prioritizing and able to meet tight deadlines, interpersonal communication skills, willing to learn and improve.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Work location at Senoko

**Job Responsibility**:

- Support day-to-day Accounts Receivable/Payable function.
- Manage Petty cash transactions.
- Maintain Fixed assets register.
- Support month-end closing activities and complete them by the given deadline.
- Assist quarterly GST submission to IRAS.
- Assist quarterly reports submission to the HQ Consolidation team and answer queries from HQ auditors when raised.
- Assist local auditors on annual statutory accounts matters to issue financial reports.
- Maintain Contracts records of all Customers and Vendors/Suppliers.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance manager.
