Our Client is a Wealth and Investment Company. They are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join the team. The Senior Finance Executive plays a pivotal role within the finance department, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This position entails comprehensive responsibilities aimed at ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of the organization.
- 【 What you will be doing 】- Performing a wide range of accounting activities, including full sets of financial processes, accounts payable and receivable processes, general ledger management, account reconciliation, and audit schedules for both local and overseas entities.
- Reviewing all waterfall/retrocession calculations, and payments, and coordinating with other departments to address any discrepancies.
- Assisting in monthly and annual reporting, including management reports, variance analysis, budgeting, and treasury cash flow analysis.
- Participating in the audit process, such as attending to auditor's queries and drafting entity financial statements.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and group consolidation.
- Assisting in quarterly GST reporting.
- Developing and ensuring the implementation of accounting procedures and policies to ensure compliance with local statutory standards and practices.
- Driving the implementation of new processes, policies, and systems when required.
- Liaising with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bank contacts.
- Reviewing and guiding junior finance executives.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of work experience in a senior role.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.) is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
