Highlights

• Contract Duration: 6 months contract
• Location: 
  • Bukit Batok (Tengah) 80% of the time
  • Weekend: May have to rotate across shopping malls for the organisation's roadshows (must be comfortable to travel). e.g., including but not limited to:
    • Jurong Point
    • Tampines Mall
    • Causeway Point
• Working hours: 
  • Mon – Sun (weekly roster), 5 day work week
  • Required to work on weekends when there is roadshow (typical week: work 4 weekdays, 1 weekend)
  • Shift timings: 11am to 8pm, or 12pm to 9pm
  • *Staff will get to know their rosters 1 week in advance
• Salary Range:
  • Incentive: Paid for every successful sales submission:
  • Fibre GA: $15
  • Mobile GA: $5 (excluding Mobileshare)
  • OT pay given if required to work beyond 44 hours
  • No allowances or bonus
  • Can claim travel expenses on reimbursement basis, if required to travel during office hours

Job Description

• Be the representative of the organisation to meet with resident
• Engage and interact with customers face to face
• Arrive at sales events / Tengah BSC on time to engage with customers
• Deliver given sales targets
• Liaise with customers on Service signed related products
• Liaise with sales support on any order or customer’s issue
• Educate accurately and convincingly to customers on the organisation's product
• Able to give advice to customers on customer’s needs on the organisation's services like installation for Fibre.
• Managed customer’s expectation for the service and installation
• Provide accurate and correct information for customers to compare our service with other Telecos.
• Provide excellent follow up with customer on any enquiry
• Follow duty roster
• Attend sales meeting / training for the latest promotion.
• Able to learn and provide excellent sales services in various sales environment. (Road Show / Tengah)

Job Requirements

• Min. GCE O Levels.
• Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Meticulous and independent with good coordination skills.
• Able to work with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
• Must be full vaccinated.
• Able to work on weekends, for events/outreach and able to commute to various locations for events/outreach.
