What You'll Do:

  • Develop systems and processes and manage the daytoday activities relating to Tengah Operations using the available systems
  • Attend to the enquiries received from Digital Contact Centre (DCC) and Tengah Building Service Centre
  • Work closely with Sustainability Ambassadors (SA) team to support end to end Tengah residential onboarding, operational and post operational support
  • Validate and process termination requests
  • Ensure subscription list is prepared and sent to vendors when required
  • Ensure work orders are generated to vendor for installation work commencement
  • Validate and process finance payments
  • Provide requirements and support testing of CRM functions for business and consumer management
  • Maintain database for management reporting
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders for functional support
  • Conduct and support training for Customer Service Agents and SAs on CRM systems
  • Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned

What You'll Need:

  • At least a degree with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in operations and customer service roles. Fresh graduates may apply.
  • Effective communication skills both written and oral with good command of English language and in one other language.
  • Possess strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle impromptu situations.
  • Independent and selfdriven, with ability to work in a fastpaced environment with mínimal supervision.
  • Good attitude and willing to take initiative to improve processes and respond to customers' needs.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and strong analytical skills with an eye for details.
  • Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs.
