Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget as well as manage the P&L for the projects assigned
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Atleast 2 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or IT-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance standards is a plus.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors.
- Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
- Experienced in managing clients and various stakeholders
- Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organised and positive attitude.
