The ideal candidate is a motivated, focused, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers with the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the execution of marketing campaigns designed to engage young adults and key audiences, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels.

· Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including key merchant account managers, business analytics teams, and other marketing functions, to coordinate campaign activities.

· Actively participate in negotiations with merchants to secure mutually beneficial partnerships and attractive promotional offers for our customers.

· Conceptualize and create engaging marketing materials, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and website banners, to promote campaigns effectively.

· Ensure the accuracy and consistency of on-site campaign implementation, verifying that all promotional offers are correctly displayed and implemented.

· Analyze user data to identify key trends and insights, leveraging these findings to develop recommendations for improving platform usage and engagement.

· Provide administrative support as needed such in invoice and contract management, budget tracking
