Overview


Join our boutique as a Junior Sales Executive and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers. Your role will involve assisting premium clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our luxury golf & lifestyle apparel collection.


Key Responsibilities


Client Interaction:

  • Listen actively to understand their preferences and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Product Assistance:

  • Provide information about our luxury golf & lifestyle apparel products.
  • Help clients find the perfect fit and style.

Sales Support:

  • Assist Senior Sales Executives in closing deals.
  • Learn effective sales techniques and upselling strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's purchase experience.

Boutique Presentation:

  • Maintain a tidy and inviting boutique environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts and follow the VM’s guidelines.
  • Training and Learning.
  • Attend product training sessions.
  • Stay updated on new arrivals and trends.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual.
  • Patience, adaptability and flexibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Great team player attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interest in golf and luxury fashion.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience.
