Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • To manage and maintain operational standards of the dedicated building services centre located at Tengah.
  • Prepare Centralised Cooling Systems (CCS) welcome pack with accessories for residents.
  • To be first point of contact for walk-in residents at TBSC and hand over the welcome pack residents.
  • Point out selected clauses of the Supply Agreement to the resident.
  • Guide customers to look out for the emergency and safety information in the support kit.
  • Stock takes the number of FCU remote controllers received for per CCS resident and report accordingly.
  • Record the issuance of welcome packs and update the information via share-point daily at the end of the day.
  • Manage Tengah CCS residents’ enquiries and complaints accordingly, when necessary to escalate to the relevant parties or supervisors
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Period:

  • 1 year contract

Location:

  • Tengah

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm

Salary:

  • up to $3400 + bonus

Requirements:

  • At least a diploma with prior experience in customer service roles.
  • Effective communication skills – both written and oral with good command
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle impromptu situations.
  • Independent and self-driven, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Good attitude and willing to take initiative to improve processes and respond to customers’ needs.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and strong analytical skills with an eye for details.
  • Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
