Financial Management:

  • Oversee and manage the financial health of the organization, ensuring financial stability and transparency.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Establish and implement internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and compliance.
  • Conduct regular financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.

EDB Grants Management:

  • Lead the administration and management of EDB grants, including application, submission, and reporting processes.
  • Monitor and track grant utilization, ensuring adherence to grant terms and conditions.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements specific to EDB grants and funding programs, ensuring compliance with EDB requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government grant programs and policies, particularly those offered by EDB.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance related to grants.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial and regulatory standards, including tax laws, grant compliance, and other statutory obligations.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports for government agencies, including EDB and other relevant entities.
  • Support in grant audits and inspections by providing accurate financial documentation and reports.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage, guide, and develop the finance team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial and grant-related operations.
