Position Title: Technical Executive

Location: Changi (East)


Working Hours:

  • 5.25 Days Work Week
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Saturdays, 8.30am to 12.30pm

Remuneration Package:

  • Basic up to S$ 3,600
  • Performance Bonus (~3 months)

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer warranty submission for vehicles
  • Safe keep and proper account for all physical items under warranty claim
  • Act as the main coordinator for the assigned products in tracking & submitting documentations for items under warranty for all service centers with principals
  • Handle warranty audit with internal auditor and auditors from the principals
  • Monitor and provide status on technical recalls
  • Submit technical reports for principals
  • Provide technical advice for workshop
  • Discuss technical failure with principals & cross functions
  • Analyse cause of failure to propose local solutions when principals’ resolution is not favourable
  • Prepare and conduct technical training for technicians
  • Work with training institutions for internship and training program
  • Assist in studying and computing costing for Service Contracts
  • Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Superiors

Job Requirements

  • At least NITEC in relevant Automotive Engineering discipline
  • Knowledge in MS Office Skills & Maximo will be an added advantage
  • At least 1 year of experience in automotive repair and technical service, warranty administration with SOP and documentation, technical investigation and report writing
  • Mandarin speaking candidates will be preferred due to job nature requiring to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders and principals
  • Able to handle basic negotiation between principals and internal stakeholders
