We are partnering with a well-established private consulting firm that is globally present in numerous countries. This firm offers a wide range of services such as tax, business, real estate, citizenship & residency, crypto, and digital consulting. The firm is currently seeking a seasoned individual to join their team as a Client Services Accountant. Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Services Accountant, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily accounting processes, such as month-end close procedures, audits, and yearly reporting for an assortment of clients.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and forecasting cash flow to ensure fiscal stability.
  • Overseeing payroll functions and providing assistance in budgeting and cost analysis.
  • Preparing and filing various tax returns, including corporation tax, employer tax, and GST.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess:

  • Proficiency with MS Excel, XERO, MYOB, and Payday. Experience with other accounting software will be considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet demanding deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • A diploma/degree in accounting coupled with at least 4 years of comprehensive accounting and tax compliance experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • CPA / ACCA certification or equivalents is an added advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while completing tasks.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and/or another language will be a plus.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask.
  • Goodcommunication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
