  • Competitive Salary: $2400 - $2900 per month.
  • Commission: $200 - $500 based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their pawn transactions and deliver exceptional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and process transactions efficiently.
  • Focus on assisting walk-in customers, no need for proactive outreach.

Work Schedule:

  • 5-Day Work Week
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM (includes rest breaks).
