Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage all academic/non-academic recruitment activities (full cycle); pre-onboarding activities
  • Prepares and updates job descriptions and other recruitment materials
  • Post the job descriptions and openings on the website, newspapers or other platforms, after approval from the Recruitment Manager and Country Director
  • Screen the resumes received from the websites, newspapers, recruitment agencies, and other platforms
  • Shortlists resumes for the Manager’s considerations
  • Arranges for interviews with the potential candidates
  • Manages all basic recruitment issues and queries
  • Exploring Campus Hiring; Job posting portals; internship programs; On-job training programs.
  • Prepare and update Recruitment Tracker
  • CPE Employee Registration/Deregistration
  • Hands on experience in MOM related passes
  • Other Adhoc activities as requested by the HR Manager


Working Days- 5.5 Days /week

Location: Onsite


Bachelor’s Degree

Experience in Ms Excel; PPT; Word; etc.

3-5 years of Experience in Recruitment

Freshers with recruitment/HR background will be considered
