Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview:

This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to design and implement scalable, high-performing integration architectures.

Key Responsibilities:


• Architectural Leadership: Provide oversight and ensure adherence to best practices in software architecture, leveraging patterns and frameworks to create scalable solutions.


• Solution Delivery: Lead and support solution development, from feasibility analysis and design to development, unit testing, and deployment.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with projects, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective delivery execution.


• Technical Expertise: Offer guidance on integration feasibility, performance optimization, and alternative solutions, ensuring robust and efficient implementations.


• Project Leadership: Lead business and technical meetings, provide regular status updates, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.


• Innovation & IP Development: Enhance and extend service propositions, leveraging existing intellectual property (IP) to build new capabilities.


• Quality & Assurance: Conduct quality checks, ensure compliance with methodologies, and maintain high standards in project engagements.


• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and technical assessments.


• Team Development & Knowledge Sharing:Mentor team members, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


• Administrative & Performance Management: Maintain accurate documentation, update skills matrix, and obtain project feedback for performance reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:


• 8+ years of experience with enterprise integration tools such as Middleware, ESB, ETL/MDM, API Gateway.


• Proven track record in delivering medium to large-scale digital transformation programs in the Private and/or Public sector.


• MuleSoft Certification (Developer & Architect) with at least 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft v4.x experience (ESB, APIM, Flex Gateway, Anypoint Monitoring).


• Expertise in MuleSoft deployment architectures, including CloudHub and RTF.


• Experience with other integration platforms such as webMethods, Tibco, or IBM WebSphere is a plus.


• Strong understanding of Microservices, EDA, SOA, and Cloud Computing architectures.


• Proficiency in process decomposition, data analysis, and process optimization.


• Experience with XML, BPEL, Web Services, WS- specifications*, and familiarity with Java/J2EE technologies.


• Prior consulting or pre-sales experience is highly desirable.


• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
