  • Monitor Progress:
    • Track and assess athlete’s performance and progress.
    • Adjust training plans based on performance data and athlete feedback.
  • Safety and Compliance:

    • Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Event Preparation:
    • Prepare athletes for competitions, including mental conditioning.
    • Accompany and support athletes during competitions and events.
  • Communication:
    • Maintain open and effective communication with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on athletes’ progress and upcoming events.
  • Professional Development:
    • Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques, trends, and best practices.
    • Attend workshops, clinics, and other professional development opportunities.
