Roles & Responsibilities

As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the technical scope of customer projects, including electrical distribution systems, data center cooling, and UPS design.
  • Leading technical discussions and clarifications with customers, assessing technical risks and opportunities, and proposing actions.
  • Collaborating with sales and key accounts teams to define and implement technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Working closely with project directors, contracts managers, and other departments to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely technical deliverables.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for all technical topics and managing technical project teams.
  • Elaborating alternative and future solutions, resolving key technical issues, and specifying technical solutions.
  • Participating in the Technical/Design leader Community of Practice within the Execution Center.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior technical leaders and design leaders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or master's in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading the technical scope of customer projects, or parts of large and international customer projects in MV/LV electrical distribution.
  • Experience or knowledge in data center cooling and UPS design is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with agility in a complex and matrix environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex technical strategies.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders on project technical strategies.
  • Ability to learn from others, share knowledge, and collaborate efficiently.
