Job Title: Admin cum Sales Coordinator (ID8203)
Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM
Salary: $3000 - $3500

Job Description:
Handle full spectrum of sales related documents including Delivery Order, sales order, quotation, tender submission, enquires, documentation and etc.
• Assist Sales team in administration and coordination.
• To prepare and monitor sales volume and revenues on monthly basis.
• To prepare marketing materials and carries out through advertisement and web page.
• To prepare reports and other documents as required by the Management. • To perform administrative work and maintain proper filling.
• To liaise and coordinate with the sales partners for sales support tasks. • Upload monthly product price list.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Attending to call-in and email sales enquiries, order processing and providing sales and customer support • Providing administrative & sales support.
• Maintain and ensure system customer listing is accurate and up-to-date. • Communicate requirements and activities to salesperson.
• Manage Inventory and plan stock replenishment.
• Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

Requirement:
• logistics knowledge / experience preferred
• Possess initiative, able to work independently
• Strong communications skill and organising skills, ability to multi-task
Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others
