Job Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties such as answering calls and attending to visitors professionally and friendly manner
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventories
- Manage all incoming/outgoing mail and courier documents
- Oversee daily office operations and procedures
- Manage vendors and be the point of contact for building management
- Assist in organizing office events and activities.
- Perform other duties or projects assigned
Job Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma in related field
