Roles & Responsibilities

A local SME in the Printing Industry looking for ADMIN & CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT.

Job Description:

- Able to perform daily duties with minimum supervision.

- Manage customer inquiries and to provide quotations and solutions.

- Work closely with the Design and Production team.

- Liaison with vendors on raw materials.

Requirements:

- Possess at least GCE 'O' Levels, preferably with good at communication, able to communicate at all levels.

- Have some experience in the Printing Industry is an advantage.

- Responsible, with up-market analysis ability and good service awareness.

- Fluent in both verbal & written English and Chinese is preferred.

- The Company is looking for candidates who possess friendly, energetic and cheerful personality, strong communication and coordination skills, team spirit, outgoing personality, responsible, ambitious and willing to learn new things.

- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
