Designation : Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery according to client requirement and objectives.

Forecast and track key account metrics.

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Screening candidate CV's for competency with the job requirements.

Review and assess resumes.

Refer candidates to the client-organizations for possible recruitment.

Maintaining a healthy, positive relationship with past, current, and potential candidates

Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

Delegating tasks to team members.

Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
