Roles & Responsibilities

Pioneers in the field of Destination Management, World Express is a full service, integrated travel organization specializing in the handling of individual and group travel to Singapore and Malaysia. As a stalwart of the tourism industry with a track record of over 50 years, we are known globally for our sterling services and ability to creat interesting bespoke itineraries to promote local packages. In the course of this, we provide itinerary planning, product selection and coordinate the reservation and confirmation of travel arrangements. We bring components such as accommodation, tours, transporation and meals together to create a fully inclusive itinerary.


We operate 3 divisions - Leisure, Cruise and MICE - and are active in all of them.


Job Description

- Liaise with travel partners and suppliers to manage bookings

- Organize and plan tour itineraries for groups or individuals

- Attend to client/customer enquiries and aim to meet expectations

- Quote rates/costings of all required ground services

- Handle phone/eMail enquiries

- Input booking data into computer system


Qualifications

- Minimum GCE "O" Level or Polytechnic Diploma

- Singapore citizen or PR

- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel

- Good communications skills, both written and oral

- Flexible and versatile to instructions of supervisors
