Account Assistant

Job Description:
- Responsible for daily finance operations and liaising with suppliers as and when needed.
- Manage full set of accounts for company, including bank reconciliation.
- Perform month-end closing and prepare journal entries, ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, accounting and audit schedules.
- Assist with preparation of financial statement for the company
- Assist with attending to external auditors and tax advisors.
- Support quarterly GST returns to ensure statutory compliance.
- Support tax filing and calculation.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma / Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or relevant experience in accounting.
- Able to work independently, a team player and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detailed and meticulous.
