Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


•Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Finacle core banking applications, ensuring system stability and issue resolution.


•Analyze and troubleshoot Finacle Scripting, PL/SQL procedures, and SQL queries to resolve production issues.


•Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for system failures and recommend solutions for performance improvements.


•Develop, modify, and optimize Finacle Scripts, PL/SQL stored procedures, triggers, and functions.


•Work with Jasper Reports (JRXML) and JasperSoft iReport for report generation and customization.


•Support application deployments, patch management, and system upgrades in coordination with IT teams.


•Manage and monitor liquidity management, current accounts, savings accounts, loans, and payments modules.


•Utilize SQL Developer, Putty, and Shell Scripting for system monitoring, automation, and issue resolution.


•Work closely with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and enhancements.


•Ensure compliance with banking standards, data security policies, and regulatory requirements.


•Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and training for business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience:


•3+ years of experience in Finacle application support and core banking operations.


•Minimum of bachelor degree in computer science or similar relevant education background.


•Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Finacle Scripting.


•Hands-on experience with Shell Scripting for automation and system monitoring.


•Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and Jasper Reports (JRXML) for reporting and UI customization.


•Knowledge of SQL Developer, JasperSoft iReport, and Putty for debugging and development.


•Expertise in liquidity management, current accounts, savings accounts, loans, and payments modules.


•Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.


•Strong understanding of banking operations, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.


•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


•Experience in Finacle 10.x or later versions.


•Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management tools.


•Knowledge of Finacle APIs and integration with third-party systems.


•Understanding of performance tuning for PL/SQL queries.
