Job Description:

Victory Travel PTE LTD is a travel agency established in 1995. We are looking for a highly motivated individulal for a job vacancy in the company. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support staff, ensure the office runs efficiently, and help maintain a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure office equipment is in good working order and arrange for repairs when necessary
  • Support HR, accounting, or other departments with tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred)
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
