Roles & Responsibilities

We are an outsourced bookkeeping and HR firm, with over 40 staffs, looking for part time and/or full time Admin & HR Executive.


Working Location

  • Hybrid working location: 50% Remote Working, 50% Part Visiting Client Office.
  • There is no need to report to our own office.
  • Client Office Location: Mainly Western region of Singapore, including one client at Tuas South and this client will provide transport from Tuas Crescent MRT station. There are occasions where you may visit client office in other parts of Singapore, ie when our other staffs are on leave.


Working Time

  • Working hours: Part time and/ or full time, Flexi hours.
  • For part timers, we can discuss your preferred working schedule, ie 2 days a week- 1 day client office visit, 1 day remote working.
    For full timers, you are expected to visit client office 1 to maximum 3 days a week.
  • It is not our culture nor you are expected to work overtime, although there may be occasional situation to do so, and if so you may take appropriate time off.


Detailed Job Descriptions

  • Experienced in Singapore HR regulation (on-boarding, off-boarding IR21, IR8A, experience in using WPOL and EPOL relating to Construction industry) and Payroll calculation
  • Must be available during first week and last week of each month for payroll preparation. Working during weekend may be required to finish off the payroll ahead of deadline, and you may take appropriate time off subequently.
  • To support other non-HR matters, such as stocktake or administrative, participate indiscussion relating to production, and assist in preparing meeting minutes writing when required.
  • We have a dedicated backend HR and Accounts teams to support our client. The time you spend in client office may vary from a few hours to full day, and your role is to visit the client office once to twice a week to handle outstanding HR/ Accounts-related matters not cleared by our backend teams. You can leave the client office whenever your tasks are completed.
  • Handle most of the client queries when required
