Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

  • Assist in the development and troubleshooting of Java applications.
  • Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
  • Provide technical support to users, ensuring the resolution of issues and improving system performance.

Functional Support:

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Collaborate with users and developers to enhance business processes and application functionality.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Java applications and SQL databases.
