Description
Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Management, the Senior Facilities Executive will be responsible for the facilities management, including the upkeep and maintenance, and new setup of our clinics according to the required standards.
The job role includes but not limited to:
· Plan, organise, coordinate, and oversee operational processes of the areas assigned, including upgrading, renovation, and redevelopment works
· Source for comparative vendors/contractors to carry out clinic set-up and renovations, building maintenance, and repair works
· Work together with other functions/departments before, during, and after facility development works to ensure project specifications take into consideration patient care, operational process efficiency, safety, and assigned budget
· Work closely and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost effective, simpler, and faster ways of carrying out facilities development
· Handle projects assigned from planning and approval to execution, and provide timely status updates to management
· Ensure that all fault repairs and emergencies are attended promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption.
· Identify services for rectification and oversee subcontractors' performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion
· Follow through the evaluation and recommendation of service or term contracts, as well as its administration and management.
· Attend to defects and faults reported on-site, conduct investigation and determine cause of defect
· Supervise contractors and housekeeping staff
· Oversee fire safety and workplace safety matters, pertaining to infrastructure facilities
· Handle leasing documentation
· Assume any other facilities-related duties assigned by the Senior Manager
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services, and preferably with two (2) years of relevant experience directly related to the duties and
responsibilities as specified
· Possess good technical knowledge and must be familiar with regulatory guidelines
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good communications and interpersonal skills
· Pro-active, able to work independently and in a team
