Job overview:

Within the HR team, reporting to the HR Group Director, you are in charge of the three following domains of expertise:

  • People-related technology: drive and manage the HRIS implementation project, leverage and develop our HRIS to improve the digital people journey at Murex and to optimize the execution of people processes and delivery of HR services
  • People-related processes: orchestrate and streamline the run of our people global processes
  • People-related change initiatives: manage the portfolio of people global initiatives

Main accountabilities:

People-related technology management

  • Supervise processing of people related data, corrective and evolutive maintenance of all HR tools in coordination with our IT department
  • Build, deploy and manage relevant delivery structure within the HR team and with IS to support and evolve existing tools
  • Manage relationships with providers in alignment with Purchase and our IT department
  • Create conditions to deliver a best-in-class user experience and ensure adoption from all users across regions
  • Contribute to HR operations optimization by maximizing HRIS usage within the organization, digitizing and automating when relevant HR processes.
  • Develop analytics practice and tools within HR team to ensure people data can be leveraged by the company to make better informed decisions
  • Provide reporting, dashboards and analytics to HR team, managers and executive committee
  • Secure data accuracy and completeness within HRIS
  • Guarantee confidentiality of information stored in HRIS and compliance with local regulations on personal data (GDPR,…)
  • Regularly ask for feedback on existing tools, continuously looking at improving users’ adoption and value delivered by our HRIS
  • Gather potential needs from HR team or rest of the organization on new tools or evolution of existing ones, arbitrate needs if need be
  • Represent HR team in purchasing processes

As a first challenge, you will lead the implementation of our new HCM platform, Workday, across our various locations:

  • Ensure delivery of the program according to the agreed timelines and in alignment with expected value creation for the program
  • Build and deploy delivery structure and governance for the program
  • Manage capacity of program team in alignment with team members’ management
  • Manage relationship with integrator and software editor
  • Manage program team on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor progress and risks, report regularly to program sponsors (both HR and IS)
  • Ensure necessary arbitration on functional and technical side are made internally to be able to move according to the plan
  • Ensure involvement and regular updates for key stakeholders
  • Secure adoption from all potential users of the platform (HR team, Finance, managers, employees, …) through a targeted change management plan

People related process management

  • Provide and maintain over time the frame in which each process must be operated (the process capability)
  • Make sure needed documentation, tooling, reporting capabilities are available and maintained
  • Monitor efficiency of processes’ execution through agreed KPIs
  • Ensure retrospectives are regularly organized and will fuel evolution reflection if relevant
  • Continuously seek optimization and streamlining of our processes’ run
  • Articulate all our people related processes together, explain the intention behind them to ensure buy in from key stakeholders and secure value creation
  • Within the context of the Workday implementation, make sure our people processes will be supported by Workday and contribute to the deployment of the various necessary modules of the platform to do so.

Change initiatives portfolio management

  • Align all people change initiatives on a single and robust project management methodology leveraging existing methodologies at Murex (Agile, SaFe,…)
  • Get alignment on priorities
  • Formalize annual and pluriannual people roadmap
  • Prepare budget for people initiatives
  • Ensure staffing of initiatives
  • Monitor roadmap delivery thanks to adapted and agreed governance
  • Assist project teams to secure delivery
  • On an ad hoc basis, you will be staffed on some global projects as project manager or lead

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, excellent attention to details
  • Highly self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Great negotiator and influencer, proven ability to act and manage complex topics and projects in a matrix organization
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve basic and complex problems
  • Outstanding planning, resource, and stakeholder manager
  • Able to see the bigger picture and sell one’s vision
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for measuring results through data and metrics. Aptitude for statistics; report generation and analysis
  • In depth familiarity with one or more HRIS platforms preferably SuccessFactors and Workday
  • Experience handling sensitive, confidential organizational, department, and performance information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in an easily consumable manner
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS, the processes and the change initiatives meet organizational needs and goals
  • English must be perfectly spoken, written and understood. French is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work well in diverse teams with different styles and cultures.
