Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Executive Producer to lead the planning, production, and delivery of corporate events and multimedia content with a strong emphasis on Video Conferencing (VC) solutions and IT security compliance. This role will be responsible for managing live, virtual, and hybrid events while ensuring secure and seamless multimedia and VC experiences for high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will bridge creative production with technical execution, while adhering to clients' IT security and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end production of live, virtual, and hybrid events, including technical planning, show flow, and multimedia content integration.

Oversee the setup and execution of Video Conferencing solutions (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Cisco, or proprietary platforms) for client events, ensuring optimal audio, video, and presentation quality.

Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, technical needs, and security requirements, translating them into actionable production plans.

Manage the creation and integration of multimedia assets, including videos, graphics, presentations, and interactive content.

Ensure all event technologies and platforms comply with client IT security protocols, including secure connections, encryption, and data protection.

Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to coordinate all aspects of event production.

Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and production timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and on-time delivery.

Provide real-time technical direction and problem-solving during live events, including managing last-minute changes and troubleshooting.

Stay informed of emerging VC and event technologies, multimedia trends, and best practices to continually improve service offerings.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Multimedia Production, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in event production, video conferencing operations, or multimedia support, with a focus on corporate environments.

Proven expertise in Video Conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Cisco, BlueJeans, etc.), including backend setup and live event support.

Solid understanding of IT security protocols, including secure communications, data privacy, and compliance within enterprise environments.

Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage complex events and tight deadlines.

Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Hands-on experience with AV and multimedia production tools, such as OBS, vMix, Wirecast, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Experience in live event troubleshooting, including audio, video, and connectivity issues.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including technical crews, creative teams, and vendors.

Familiarity with corporate security and compliance requirements (e.g., working in finance, legal, healthcare, or government sectors) is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable):

Certifications in IT security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) or AV/VC platforms.

Knowledge of broadcast-level streaming solutions and enterprise AV integration.

Experience with interactive event technologies (polling tools, Q&A platforms, event apps).

Familiarity with accessibility compliance for virtual events (captioning, multilingual support).
