Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


1. Project Planning and Coordination:

a. Collaborate with the project management team, design team, procurement team to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

b. Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

c. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

d. Regularly update project stakeholders on progress and milestones.

2. Compliance and Safety:

a. Collaborate with building management to ensure required documentations are submitted.

b. Able to work with landlord and building management.

c. Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

d. Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the project team.

3. Site Management:

a. Lead project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, providing clear direction and information

b. Foster a collaborative and motivated working environment to maximize productivity and quality.

c. Ensure communication with vendors, subcontractors for a project delivery

d. Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained throughout the project.

e. Monitor project budgets and financial performance, taking proactive measures to control costs and maximize profitability.

4. Documentation:

a. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, change orders, and project correspondence.

b. Generate regular reports on project status, including progress, issues, and solutions.


Requirements:

1. Min ITE/Diploma in Engineering related field or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in site co-ordination.

3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Words/PowerPoint)

4. Good communication and organizational skills.

5. Highly self-motivated, good working attitude and a good team player.

6. Independent with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
