  • In charge of sourcing, negotiating with suppliers and purchasing construction materials.
  • Review proposals, contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • In charge of daily operational purchasing needs and inventory control management.
  • Follow on Purchase Order delivery and shipment schedule.
  • Have the ability to negotiate bulk quantity / yearly price at Company level.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • O-Level/Diploma holder or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and attentive to details.
  • Proficient in MS Office Application.
  • Able to start work within short notice period
  • Excellent negotiation skills to get the best price / quality ratio

Other information:

  • This position will require the candidate to go to project site from time to time.
  • This position will require the candidate to go to our workshop located in Kranji. We will soon shift our workshop to Tuas South in October / November.
