Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions tailored for the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud. This role requires strong experience in integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP systems, optimizing data synchronization, and streamlining sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including data models, security models, workflows, custom objects, and integrations.

· Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and SAP ERP systems for master data and transactional data synchronization.

· Provide technical expertise in integrating Salesforce solutions for manufacturing and sales projects to enhance operational efficiency and cross-system communication.

· Develop and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of the CPG sector, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

· Support key industry-specific processes, including order management (sales and work), inventory tracking, field service operations, and customer relationship management (CRM).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to define requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.

· Lead and mentor offshore teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with business objectives.

· Provide guidance on Salesforce governance, best practices, and architecture principles.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce advancements and CPG industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

· Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.

· Proficiency in designing scalable Salesforce solutions, including data models, security models, workflows, custom objects, and integrations.

· Deep understanding and proven experience in integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP systems for master data and transactional data synchronization.

· Expertise in handling integrations for manufacturing and sales projects to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance cross-system communication.

· Strong understanding of the sales and service domain, particularly within the CPG sector.

· Familiarity with industry-specific processes, including order management, inventory tracking, field service operations, and CRM.

· Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore teams effectively.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

· Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

· Prior experience working in the CPG sector implementing Salesforce solutions.

· Experience with middleware tools for integration (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).

· Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within a Salesforce environment.
