The Project Management Office (PMO) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects within the Operations function. This role requires a seasoned project manager with a deep understanding of project management methodologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates with life insurance exposure will be strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Head of Operation Projects to establish the Project Management Office (PMO) function within Operations division, defining the PMO's vision, mission, and goals.Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent project delivery and high-quality outcomes.Close budget monitoring and reporting.Collaborate with project directors, IT department and other stakeholders to align and agree on the project priority.Provide regular project status reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.

Job Requirements

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.Over 5 years of experience in insurance industry or financial institute, extensive knowledge of claims journey digitalisation, health strategy, health initiative implementation will be an advantage.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to scope.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.Experence in Digital Transformation projects tDon’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
