Executive Assistant

Our client is an Oil & Gas / Energy Trading industry with company heritage of more than a century, currently seeks an Executive Assistant to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the incumbent will be working in a team of 2 staff and being an Executive Assistant to the Director level. He / She will be responsible to oversee the entire office operations and provide secretarial support. The main duties will include making travel arrangement (flight, hotel), liaising with HQ Secretary, preparing minute of meetings, liaising with internal & external BAUs on payment & accounting matters & office related matters, coordinating office meetings/ appointments/ events, office maintenance management.

REQUIREMENTS
- Min a Diploma holder in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 year working experience as a Personal Assistant or an Executive Assistant, preferably in a MNCs or in a Japanese Firm
- Prior working experience in the administrative function is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
