Roles & Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
  1. Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, office supply management, and coordinating internal communications.
  2. Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  3. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external meetings.
  4. Support HR-related administrative tasks such as employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Sustainability Initiatives:
  1. Coordinate and implement sustainability programs, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing practices.
  2. Track and report on the company's environmental performance and assist in achieving sustainability goals.
  3. Engage employees and stakeholders in sustainability initiatives, fostering a culture of sustainability across the organization.
  4. Assist in researching and applying for sustainability certifications or green initiatives relevant to the company's operations.
  • Project Coordination:
  1. Work with different departments to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations.
  2. Assist in the development and execution of sustainability campaigns, events, and workshops.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the progress of sustainability initiatives and suggest improvements based on findings.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administration or sustainability roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of sustainability trends, certifications, and best practices is an advantage.
