  • Essential Duties andResponsibilities
    Perform tracking andmanagement of agreed space and occupancy data sets within relevanttechnologies
    Development of space solutions by analyzingoccupancy, utilization and space data
    Manage the TacticalOccupancy Planning duties (e.g. Space Planning & Block andStack Plans) including preparation of options/recommendations
    Contribute Strategic planning ideas withother members of the occupancy planning team to resolvecampus/building-specific forecasts, needs, concerns, andissues
    Work with FMs and PMs on projects related to moves,space audits, occupancy, vacancy, and changemanagement
    Collaborate with project and construction teamson large, multi-phase relocations/restacks
    To ensureaccurate reporting of information (using IWMS tools) and fostercritical relationships between various individuals andorganizations such as Department Managers and/or AdministrativeAssistants to collect seating assignments
    Identifyproactive needs/troubleshoot deficiencies to address concerns andinitiate bestpractices


  • Additional Duties AndResponsibilities
    OPM provides guidance,support the connection and best operational practices as SingaporeOPM lead
    First level escalation point for CountrySSM/FMs
    Review Regional Reporting processes andmetrics

Experience& Qualifications
  • 5-7 years work experience within project management,facilities, space planning, occupancy management, or CAD/CAFMrelated roles
  • Previous experience inspace/occupancy planning at a strategic level, plus experience withinterior office renovations is desirable
  • AutoCAD and CAFM system experience are also highlydesirable
  • Strong PowerPoint and Advanced Excelskills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, RealEstate, or relatedfield

  • Excellent English written and oral communicationskills
  • Excellent MS Office skills and GSuite -confident with all packages, particularly PowerPoint & Excel /Slides, Trix & Docs.
  • Excellentorganizational skills - able to balance daily demands with drivingprojects that support growth
