Roles & Responsibilities
Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR & Monthly Closing
- Attend to Auditors' queries and furnish the necessary documents/reports for the annual audit
- Prepare quarterly GST returns
- Day to day operation
HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll
- MOM work pass management
- Any other related and ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Skill and knowledge:
- Min 3 to 5 years of working experience in full set of account with good exposure to GST computation;
- Meticulous and organized;
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software will be an advantage.
- Able to multi-task and work independently
Others
- Working hours from 8.30am to 6pm;
- 5 days work week
