Job Summary:

The Partner Success Specialist is responsible for managing key partner relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires fluency in Korean & Japanese to engage effectively with Korean & Japanese clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Operational & System Support – Assist in sales operations, CRM management, and business reporting to drive efficiency.
  • Event & Campaign Coordination – Support the execution of executive meetings, forums, and partner marketing campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize partner success.
  • Bilingual Communication – Act as the key liaison for Korean and Japanese-speaking clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related area.
  • Fluency in Korean & Japanese (spoken & written) – a must-have to engage with Korean & Japanese-speaking clients.
  • 2+ years of experience in relationship management / partner management / sales support or business operations.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time (mainly during events).
  • Physically fit to carry or lift boxes or products up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends and/or holidays. Expected travel up to 10%
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
