Product Commercialization, DBS GlobeSend, SG

Your mission is to make GlobeSend the preferred choice of cross-border payments for individuals and SME globally. As a product manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering GlobeSend's success. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative products and services on time. These offerings will be key to achieving our mission of making GlobeSend the preferred platform for convenient, fast and secure global money transfers.

Responsibilities:

Product strategy and Vision:

  • Assist in refining the product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback and business goals
  • Assist in developing and communicating a compelling product road map in line with the business strategy

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Work closely with the research team to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape
  • Use data and insights to inform commercialization decisions and identify new opportunities to drive revenue
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices

Campaign Development

  • Work closely with the product, digital channel, and design team to develop and launch campaigns aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, customer activation, and customer re-activation
  • Work with Finance to ensure appropriate accruals and expense on campaign incentives

Product Management

  • Set up end to end operating model starting from sales to GlobeSend app to servicing
  • Develop cross-sell journey to maximize funnel for customer acquisition
  • Develop control tower to allow business to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital and payments technology, with a focus on digital product development and management in the global payments industry
  • Strong knowledge of the payments industry, digital platforms/system, and relevant technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects aimed at launching digital products and services.
  • Demonstrate experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, the ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Exposure to design thinking, user experience (UX) design, and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to function effectively under pressure in environments of rapid change, conflicting demands, and crisis management and possess creative problem-solving skills.
