You will be the primary point of contact for providing both onsite and remote support to end users, managing Azure Cloud environments, IT network infrastructure, and end-user devices to ensure seamless IT operations. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Azure, Cloud computing, network support, and end-user environment management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-User Support: Provide technical support for workstations, laptops, peripherals, and IT devices, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Azure Cloud Management: Manage and support Azure Cloud environments, including setup, configuration, and application deployment.
  • Office 365 Administration: Administer Microsoft Office 365 environments, user provisioning, licensing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ticketing Support: Use help desk ticketing systems to manage and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • IT Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets, ensuring compliance with security policies and patch management standards.
  • System & Application Support: Install, upgrade, and ensure compatibility of operating systems and business applications.
  • Network Management: Manage network infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall, and Wi-Fi.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating as needed to third-party vendors.
  • Security & Compliance: Advise users on IT best practices and ensure adherence to security policies.
  • Vendor Liaison: Work with vendors on hardware/software installation and maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, including end-user environment troubleshooting. Preferably 1-2 years with Azure Cloud technologies.
  • Extensive network support and management experience (DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall, Wi-Fi).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Office 365, Intune, SCCM/WSUS) and Apple MacBook.
  • Strong system administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience managing hardware, software, and accessories.
  • Knowledge of third-party software (e.g., antivirus, VPN clients).
  • Certifications in Azure, Cloud, and Microsoft technologies preferred.
