Fluent Trade Technologies is looking for a **Network Support Engineer** to join our support, Team. We are looking for an all-around-player who will join our support team performing a variety of tasks including Server-side support (mainly Linux-based servers), Developing/Automating ways in monitoring our IT infrastructure.

**What you'll do**:

- Monitoring the network performance over time and ensure that Client SLA are met.
- Managing multi-vendor environment ( Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewalls)
- NETOPS attitude (network as a code, network automation, auto-provision)
- Tier 3 and tier 4 troubleshoot and support
- Supporting various Departments with their Network or Server related concerns and Escalate if needed.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years hands-on experience with monitoring or setting up IP Networks.
- Knowledgeable of how TCP/IP, Unicast, Multicast work.
- Basic Linux Skills
- Expert knowledge in the operation of Ethernet LAN switching protocols and standards
- Proven experience of using scripting (Python/Bash) to automate network tasks.
- Experience in planning and designing projects and analyzing existing network systems and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to analyze network packet captures.
- Excellent communication skills and team player.
- Customer facing skills

- Knowledge of monitoring and telemetry systems - advantage
