We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our back-of-house team.

As a Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest cleanliness standards, supporting team training and development, and ensuring seamless hotel operations.


Key Responsibilities:


- Support the back-of-house team in training and development initiatives

- Perform daily pot-washing and dishwashing duties with precision and efficiency

- Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in all back-of-house areas, adhering to scheduled cleaning protocols

- Handle hazardous substances with care, complying with Health and Safety guidelines and regulations

- Report any equipment faults, misuse, or damage to management

- Operate machinery safely and efficiently, following Hilton's Health and Safety Manual
