Job Title: Cybersecurity and Digital Governance Steward

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Cybersecurity and Digital Governance Steward. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our digital infrastructure as we embark on new and innovative digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines to effectively manage cybersecurity risks.

Drive Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity policies aligned with enterprise risk management framework and legislation requirements.

Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.

Monitor and track risk mitigations and exceptions to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and policies.

Conduct compliance assessments of CAG products and systems according to digital policies and standards.

Drive awareness and training programs for digital policies and standards.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors for IT audits and reviews.

Conduct risk assessments for data protection.

Stay updated on industry ICT security practices, trends, and regulatory requirements, and recommend policies and controls to enhance enterprise security posture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience in developing and implementing policies, processes, and procedures.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Motivated, driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional certification in ICT security or Information Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).

Preferably ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management Systems Auditor certified.

Desired Traits:

Deep expertise in governance and compliance, with strong familiarity with sectoral trends and cyber threats.

Proficiency in risk assessment and analysis framework and methodologies.

Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, incident response plans, and protocols.

Responsive problem solver with a strong sense of ethics.

Willingness to engage with the CAG community.

Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
