Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the planning, coordination within our organization
  • Management of various Governance forums including Preparation of Materials and Presentation.
  • Work on Permit to Operate and obtaining Approvals as required
  • You will work closely with senior project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Support Senior project managers
  • Support the project team in administrative tasks and documentation
  • Familiar with Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Sharepoint and other office toolsets.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in project planning, coordination, and risk management, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage governance forums, prepare materials, and obtain necessary operational approvals.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and SharePoint for effective project execution
