Contract Admin Assistant

Job Scope:
- Perform admin duties and provide administrative supports to Quantity Surveyors and Site Supervisors.
- Compilation of contracts reports with measurements, photographs and site testing.
- Assist submission on all required reports.
- Prepare and generate progress report for claims.
- Adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Levels / ITE or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction industry.
- Knowledge in Excel is a MUST.
- Fast learner, multi-tasking and able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Able to work as a team.
