Roles & Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Manager is a client facing role pertaining to post sales / service matters.


The Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Coordinate with EU and Acct Manager to ensure all Post Sales expectations are in line
  • Coordinate with service team and Account Manager to ensure all information is provided. If not all information is provided, he/she will ensure we acquire all information required
  • Conduct regular reviews (for key accounts) with end users
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure post sales revenue continue to rise
  • Manage service delivery for existing and potential clients; both locally and regionally
  • Identify and develop customer service procedures, policies and standards
  • Understanding the needs and requirements of clients, and moving to meet those needs proactively
  • To actively contribute to the growth of existing clients and the generation of new businesses
  • Review and assess customer service contracts
  • Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
  • Review customer complaints and work with related teams to provide resolutions
  • Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies


The Pre-Requisites:

  • The ability to really listen to customers
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in any field.
  • Minimally two years of experience in the AV / IT industry and three years of working experience
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients
  • Ability to write and speak good English
  • Positive attitude and incredible work ethics
