Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the corporate planning process by supporting the development and alignment of corporate KPIs to strategic priorities and tracking progress to support desired outcomes.
  • Provide support to senior management in the development of ISCA’s corporate strategy and assist in preparing departmental work plans.
  • Conduct research on key trends in the external environment, including competitor analysis, to inform strategy and assess potential impacts.
  • Utilise knowledge of ISCA’s activities to support the Head of Department in reviewing the strategy map, focus areas, and corporate KPIs based on gathered information.
  • Facilitate effective communication of corporate strategy, including assisting departments internally through coordination and training for alignment, and preparing articles for external stakeholders and ISCA members to communicate achievements.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on corporate and departmental performance against KPIs, helping to analyse results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide secretariat support to ISCA department meetings, including arrangement of meetings, preparation of communication materials, note-taking and follow up on action items and decisions made during the meetings.
  • Support the planning and organisation of a global forum to be held in Singapore.
  • Support additional related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Accountancy, Business, Economics or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in strategic planning, policy planning, management consulting or other relevant areas
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with an aptitude towards problem-solving and able to organise arguments in a logical and systematic manner
  • Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented mind and a natural ability to multi-task to ensure timely delivery of outcomes
  • Strong writing and presentation abilities, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable interacting with senior management
  • Experience in data analysis and the use of Power BI will be advantageous
  • Able to work well independently, as well as in a team
